Kårbo adjacent to Chalmers student union premises
WWe are planning to construct four buildings, adjacent to Chalmers student union premises, on the hill up towards the south side of Guldheden. The first building will be somewhat like a hotel with approx. 50 rooms and the other three buildings will include different concepts for student living, a total of approx. 100 apartments.

Reconstruction and extension of Emilsborg
The property at Gibraltargatan 84-92 was built in 1963 and it is currently in need of renovation. To rationalize the construction we also plan to build two floors on to the property. A total of 80 new student apartments are planned.

Ankeborg close to Rännvägen
We are planning an exciting new building at Rännvägen where the emphasis is on the environment. The building will be self-sufficient when it comes to power supply and it will be built on top of the existing building which has been prepared for a further 10 floors. The building will hold up to 150 apartments.
