Emilsborg 4 - construction and extension at 84-92 Gibraltargatan
Due to the current lack of housing and the high demand Chalmers Studentbostäder is going to construct 96 new student apartments on top of an existing building at Gibraltargatan 84-92. It is estimated that the firts apartments, which be primarily modern 3 room apartments for couples and friends, will be finished during 2010. At the same time we will be renovating 300 apartments .

Kårbo adjacent to Chalmers student union premises
We are planning to construct a multi-level building directly adjacent to Chalmers student union premises. The building will include a student centre, which is intended as a meeting place for students. There will be plenty of room here for Chalmers Studentbostäder, Chalmers Student Union and Chalmers study counselors.

Dr Forselius Backe
On the south side of Guldheden, a stone’s throw from Emilsborg, we are planning to construct 100 new student apartments. Detailed development plans have been submitted to Göteborg Housing Committee. Unfortunately, the project has been appealed and is estimated that construction will begin in 2011 at the earliest.

Ankeborg adjacent to Rännvägen
We are planning an exciting new project at Rännvägen where the emphasis is on the environment. The building will be self-sufficient when it comes to energy and will be built on top of the existing building which has been prepared for a further 10 floors. The building will house up to 150 apartments.
