Chalmers Studentbostäder (registered name Stiftelsen Chalmers Studenthem) operates as a foundation and is not profit-focused to the same extent as a commercial enterprise. Instead, profits are reinvested in providing safe, high-quality accommodation for our tenants – the students. Our mission statement reads: “Chalmers Studentbostäder offers Swedish and international students in Gothenburg attractive, functional accommodation close to their place of study. Chalmers Studentbostäder is committed to providing a good living environment.”
